INGREDIENTS 

  • 180g (6¼oz) pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 50g (1¾oz) kale
  • 20g (¾oz) spinach 
  • 1 teaspoon green powder 
  • ice cubes

PREPARATION 

Cut the skin off the pineapple and remove the core if very tough. Remove the stalk from the apple.

Cut any really woody stalks off the kale. Rinse the spinach.

Juice the prepared ingredients together, then stir in the green powder.

Pour the juice over ice cubes in a glass and serve immediately.
