- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 60 g (2¼ oz) strawberries
- 100 ml ( 3½ fl oz) milk
- 1 tablespoon water
Peel the orange. Peel and stone the mango, then roughly chop the flesh. Hull the strawberries.
Juice the orange. Transfer the orange juice to a blender or smoothie maker, add the mango and
milk and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
Blend the strawberries with the measured water until smooth, then pour into the glass on top of
the mango mixture Stir a little to create swirls of the strawberry mixture in the smoothie and serve
