INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g (5½ oz) grapefruit 
  • 175 g (6 oz) pineapple 
  • 50g (1¾ oz) kiwifruit
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) frozen raspberries 
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) frozen cranberries 

PREPARATION 

Peel the grapefruit. Cut the skin off the pineapple and remove the core if very tough, then roughly chop the flesh, Peel the kiwifruit.

juice the grapefruit, pineapple, and kiwifruit together. Transfer the juice to a blender or smoothie maker, add the frozen berries and

blend until smooth.
