- 2 orange
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons muesli
- 300 ml (10 fl oz) milk
- ground cinnamon to decorate
Peel the orange and then juice. Peel banana, then roughly chop.
Transfer the orange juice to a blender or smoothie maker, add the banana, muesli
and milk blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve immediately.
Add a nutty twist by replacing half the muesli with 1 tablespoon of nuts of your choice.
