INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup sliced and frozen banana 
  • 2 tablespoons plain protein powder with about 100 calories 
  • per serving 
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter or defatted peanut flour
  • 2 packets natural no-calories sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1¼ cups crushed ice (about 8 ice cubes)

PREPARATION 

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and 

stirring if needed.
