- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 200g (7 oz) kefir
- 150g (5½ oz) blueberries
Peel and then juice the orange.
Peel and stone the mango, then roughly chop the fresh.
Transfer the orange juice and mango to a blender or smoothie maker, add the kefir and blueberries and blend until smooth.
