- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 200 ml (7 fl oz) fresh orange juice
- 200 ml (7 fl oz) skimmed milk
- 3 tablespoons fromage frais
Peel the banana, then roughly chop. Peel and stone the mango, then roughly chop the flesh.
Put the banana and mango in a blender or smoothie maker, add the orange juice, milk and fromage frais
and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Blend 1 small banana, peeled and roughly chopped, and 1 small avocado, peeled and stoned,
