- A small handful of fresh mint leaves or other herbs
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- 2 tsp elderflowers syrup
- 3½ fl oz (100ml) extra dry tonic water
- 3-4 thin ( 2mm) slices of cucumber
Place the mint leaves or other herbs with some ice in a long drink glass and pour over the bitters, elderflowers
syrup, lemonade, and tonic water. Add the cucumber slices to the drink. Stir gently once again and serve.
