- 3½ fl oz ( 100ml ) crodino
- ¾ fl oz ( 200ml ) fresh pineapple juice
- 3½ fl oz ( 100ml ) ginger beer
- 5 thin ( ¼ in / 2 mm ) slices cucumber
Fill the wine glass to the brim with ice and pour a little bottle of Crodino over the ice.
Add the pineapple juice and fill with the ginger beer. Stick slices of cucumber into the drink and stir gently.
